RETURN & EXCHANGE
Our Return & Exchange policy is very simple and hassle free, all you need to do is email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know your inquiry. We will then immediately send you our courier (free of charge) to pick up the items.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note that taxes, customs and initial shipping are not refundable, only the amount of the original piece will be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you our courier to pick it up, free of charge. Once we receive the item, we will inspect, and then we will ship you your desired new item.
Shipping back and forth of any exchange is free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
